Tata Sky — Not installing dish tv and set top box | |||||
I have called Tatasky Help line no to log a request to Install the Setupbox and the dish on 22nd May and the work order no is P5PP3PS and they told that will get the service within 24 hours. They sent one SMS also. Then I wait for 24 hours from the time to get the request done. I did not get a single call till to date. I have called them several times to help desk - [protected]. Always they will say ok sir will send someone within a hour or two. I am very sad about their negligence on customers request. Till yesterday I have called and I did not get any response. Today I have suddenly got a call from Tatasky - The no is[protected] and saying that they will send the person to do the installation. Now who will return my time and expanses what I have spent for recharging tatasky which I have not uses from last 2 weeks and phone call charges and my valuable time from past 2 weeks what I have spent while calling and waiting for the installer. Please help me so some other Tatasky Users also not get harassed like this. My Tatasky ID is - [protected]. Actually I have shifted from One place to another place. And I need to reinstall the Tatasky Dish TV connection. I have shifted the new place on 20th May and I am trying to call them to fix the issue from that time. Was this information helpful? | |||||
