Tata Sky — Not installing the connection at my residence | |||||
I split my existing multi-tv connection with a new subscriber ID [protected] in Gurgaon, Haryana. This account was activated on 27 Oct 2015 (I deposited Rs. 150 for the same). After activation, tata sky began deducting approx Rs. 14 per day (I took metro pack for Rs. 395/month). However, they never actually installed the dish at my premises (I had my own set top box from the previous multi-tv connection). I kept requesting them to give me a time of 5:30 pm for installation but they kept scheduling it for 11 am in the morning. Though the help desk kept on saying that installation is done until 6 in the evening and they are scheduling a visit for 5:30 pm, message always came with scheduled visit for 11 am.This way it was never installed and my money kept on deducting. This is simply a fraud. Activate the connection but never intend to install it. Was this information helpful? | |||||
