Tata Sky — not letting customers unsubscribe channels

tata sky services are very bad now. once they called me and told me that we are giving free active cooking to you for some days, i[censored] like it then tell us we will subscibe that channel to you. but without my permission they subscribed that channel without informing me. this was not expected from tata sky. and if i try to log in with my registered mobile no. they are not allowing and saying that this mobile no. is not registered. this is so bad, tata sky i've never expected such a thing from u, ur website is not working properly at one time it says that my no. is registered but when i try to login at self care it says that my mobile no is not registered!
