Tata Sky — Not replacing MPEG4 set box despite repeated reminder | |||
I have personally visited your Tata Service Centre, at Khiru Chowk, Purnea (Bihar)- 854301 more than 15 days back and requested to change my MPEG4 set box . The attending person recorded my address in one register and told that within 3-4 days change of set-up box will take place. But very sorry to say no repsonse is made. Again one miss call given by me as provided for the change of set-up box and therefater a call received 4 days earlier that technician will contact soon. One day later the technician contacted me and asked my address. Even on contact os tata service, the person attended roughly responded that you may make compliant to any body. Finally he said that he is comming within 1- 2 hour but still I am awaiting from 2 days. In other hand most of chnnel are not accessable in want of new set-up box. I am finally decided to surrender your service which has been given very bad experience. Was this information helpful? | |||
