Tata Sky — Number of channels are automatically disconnected from my package | |||
After a vacation due to ssc exams of my daughter I recharged my TATA sky connection no.[protected]. Surprisingly various channels have automatically stopped visible with message on screen that this channel is not subscribed etc. You may please verify from your data about the package that i had subscribed. Also the message box is not visible. I can not see the message box clearly. Have been trying to call toll free customer care but its not reachable and also the complaint could not be register. Since i want to charge for a whole year package, need to solve the entire problems. Kindly ask your tata sky customer care centre executive on my registered mobile no.[protected] or at my alternate mobile no. [protected] as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
