Tata Sky — Pathetic Service for dish antenna set up after relocating - Work Order No. HWQNRSX

I am yet to receive any call from the technician or your support centre. Its been 5 days since i raised the work order HWQNRSX. Hats off to your pathetic service. Earlier when i called on 3rd May Sunday to know about the status, I get to know that my Work order was cancelled because the technician couldn't reach me !! Seriously?? I have been calling you people every day 2 times to know about the status and you say my phone is not reachable and you discontinue my work order without even informing me?? Then the work order was re-initiated and i am yet to receive any call from the technician as was promised to me that it will happen by 3rd May Sunday. I need a higher authority personals email id and contact details with whom i can raise this issue and hope it gets addressed.
