[Resolved] Tata Sky — poor services | |||
I am using tata sky services from last 4 years and from last 4-5 days few channel are not working here screen in black even last day[protected] I called up on your customer care no and told them about my problem and they ensure me to send some engineer for resolution, but no one visited, today i again called to your customer care and they told me your last day complaint was canceled by mistake and don’t satisfy my problem resolution even disconnect my call without any response after 22 min discussion without providing any resolution so it is my last time when i am asking to all you to resolve my problem by tomorrow 12.00 pm otherwise in future i will take some legal action against in your company It is very shame full for you when a 4 year old customer is feeling not satisfactory and your customer care team is not capable to t answer their question and disconnecting calls without giving them resolution i think it the dark time of company when they feel proud that they are best and slowly customer start changing their services provider i already make mind that in future i will change my service provider and dont refer to any one Tata Sky Was this information helpful? | |||

Where do I even start? Is it the robot programmed customer helpline or the lie of the toll-free customer care number? TataSky's services is just bad. bad. I simply want to change my pack and it's taking me more than an hour communicating with a dumb robot over the phone because it cannot comprehend a single syllable of what I'm saying. . Why don't you have humans for help? Humanize your damn helpline! Don't ever have a good day!

We purchased Tata sky services in March 2014, since then we are getting troubles. In every 10 days, we have to call Customer care to register our complaint for not getting proper tv channels.
Their technician came and said that your dish is fixed at wrong place and that's why you are getting this problem again and again. Now... my question is...it is our mistake that dish is fixed at wrong place in the starting !!
After all this nonsense, we relocate our dish from roof top to our balcony(WE BEAR CHARGES OF RELOCATION i.e. Rs. 200 AND MISTAKE WAS NOT OURS) . Now technician came again, said that your dish is not OK and you need to change the dish (CHARGES Rs. 600).
YOU ALL ARE MAKING MONEY BY PROVIDING THIS KIND OF SERVICES. VERY MUCH DISSATISFIED BY TATA SKY.
