Tata Sky — Poor services in Amravati city, no person is attending complaints,

I am a consumer of TataSky since last 10 years. my dish and connection is not working since last 2-3 months. I called the persons who visited last time for maintanance, but now after calling those persons, they are not visiting or numbers are changed.I am recharging tata sky regularly till no services are given.
