We are very disappointed with your company. We have 2 connections and are always provided with an old and damaged setup box which doesn't work for a longer period. Every time your technicians visit and ask for money without even checking it. This is not acceptable. When we started with your connection (2015) at that time also we were provided with an old set up box. You people are only known for your fake promises and your customer can't rely on you. Also, every month you increase your charges and disconnect it before the completion of the month. Your customer is not a fool sitting here, calling at your customer care no. N waiting for hours. Disgusting experience with this company.
