Tata Sky — Problem in Tata Sky

Sir In Tata sky a message beeped, telling ki you are changing sumthing in the tata sky and we faced any problem we should give miss call on the number which you told, and a service provider will come to see the problem. But I have given miss call two tyms, bt yet no technician came for the solution. And its really getting frustrating. The two numbers which came up after the miss call were WO:NS[protected] on 10/4/2015 WO:NS[protected] on 7/4/2015
