Tata Sky — Re-location of tata sky connection | |||
Subscriber nos: [protected] 6 days since request made just for relocating the tata sky connection !!! A zillion calls to the call centre and then escalated calls to ur so called "nodal officers" from past 3 days ! No Avail!!! 6 days without TV living in a metro like Mumbai ! I have even lost count of the people I've spoken to on ur various call centres and nodal officers ... All giving the same load of crap " we understand your problem and have taken it on high priority" !!! What exactly in ur dictionary is "high priority" ????????? I thought ur TAT is 24 - 48hrs to resolve these kinds of issues ! I NEED A RESOLUTION TO THIS YOU GUYS HAVE PUT ME THROUGH, AND I DEMAND A COMPENSATION!
