Tata Sky — Refund of money of date extension till 22nd oct and removal of two set of boxes which is not there | |||
Hello, I have many a times informed/requested the executives that i have only one set of box and the executives are not understanding it. I have paid the bill on 22nd of sept, 2016 and on 6th oct, 2016, i have again got the bill for two set of box which is not there. My first set of box was not working and the technical person from tatasky replaced it with new one. Thats it. I am not getting why i am getting bills for two set of boxes which is not there. Now i request you to please extend my deactivation date till 22nd october as i have paid the bill on 22sept. And deactivate my old set of box and keep the new set of box digi id as my primary.
