1) i was complaint on 17/5/16 for non working of set top box. Next day ur technician has came & check for problem. But he has not sort out the problem. & that time visit charged for rs. 200/-
2) i again complaint for same & next day ur technician has replaced set top box. Which was charged rs. 350/- & rs. 200/- again for visit charge. After installation of set top box within half hour it was again not working.
3) i again complaint for same to ur customer care . And they gave me assurance for non charging of visit charge (200) & set top box repair cost(350). And also refund me visit charge of rs. 200/-
4) after again complaint for continuously 3-4 days, on 25/05/2016 ur technician replaced set top box. And charged rs. 350/- repair cost & rs. 200/- for again third time visit charge.
Here i kindly attention u that once set top box was replaced, it was under 1 month warranty, then how u charged me for twice ???
once ur technician comes & can't solve problem then why u charged for that visit ???
when ur staff installed faulted instruments, then why we bare it ???
i m really upset for it and unsatisfying .
I want my all cash back which was charged by twice & trice for visit charge rs. 200/- + rs. 200/- set top bax replace rs. 350/- total rs. 750/- immediately.
If you cant refund me & reply my this mail then i will be go to consumer forrum for this.
