Respected sir, This is to inform you that i am a customer of tata sky from last 2 years and i have suffered allot regarding my set up box from last 6 month. My subscriber id is [protected]. I had lodge a complain dated on 14th may 2016 complain no is ouviiia4hh. I have changed my setup box three time from last 6 month and had paid more than my budget. This time again they are saying to change the set up box and said to pay me 550rs. I have changed my setup in the february of this year. Within 2 month again they are demanding for the change. I am sorry to inform you that i will not pay a single amount this time and forced to go for higher complain too regarding the matter. Please look after the matter and inform me soon. If you can change the box or i have to led some legal action in consumer forum and finally i am forced to change my service too.
