After our transfer we have installed tatasky at our new place of transfer but from the very first day we are not receiving Telugu channels I contacted customer care they said there's some problem in transmission it will get right...but even after a week the same thing ...when I again contacted customercare he said that their technical person will come pay him 170 rupees .y should we pay ..while installation only he should have done it...we paid 250 already while installing..
