Tata Sky — Regarding Technical problem Faced due to upgradation of Setup box | |||
My DTH Tata sky no is DTH[protected]. I am facing problem in Setup box due to which i unable to see few channel after paying full amount of channel. when i informed & discussed with customer care they said we are in process o[censored]pgrading setup box. our technical team will be in touch with you in next 24 hours. but every time they raise wo for sorting out the issue o[censored]p gradation of setup box & every time cancel the work order with out sorting out the matter. Complete email communication with customer care attach below for your kind reference.
