Tata Sky — Relocation in the same premises itself due to bad signal | |||
I have total 4 connection which is connected with 1 Dish installed in the terrace. Past 7 days I am unable to watch any of the channels due to "Bad Signal" message on TV screen. I have contacted Tata Sky customer care on 30th May 2014 through toll free number ([protected]) and register the compliant for the same to resolve my issue. But, so far my compliant is not yet resolved. I have tried several times to the same customer care to get the support. I always get the message from executives "You will get a call within 1hr time and this will get resolved". The same message been hearing from them past 3 days. But everyday amount is deducting from my account balance without watching any channels. Request you to kindly take an action on this and resolve this at the earliest. I believe this is not the way to treat customers. Please take necessary action on the same. Was this information helpful? | |||
