Tata Sky — relocation not done but charges deducted

-Requested for relocation 7 days back
- requested for 10-11 however receives a call at 5 PM however the engineer was rude and asked me to come out 3 KM as he is new and demanded me there in 5 minuts else he will move.
- again raised the request but this time 200 got deducted but still not yet removed the dish from old location
- had been on call waiting for 45 minuts but finally call gets disconnected
