My subscriber Id is [protected]. In past I was operating few add on packs also for which I paid separately. I Paid Rs.6400/- online on 03 March 2015. for renewal of my HD Mega Pack. Instead of renewing my Annual HD Mega Pack they renewed add on packs first without asking me. I received a message on my registered mobile that your account is active on daily charged basis. I tried to contact on given phone number but no one replied. I request you to renew my annual HD Mega Pack and inform me or cancel my connection and return my money back. M P GHAI
