I AM NAGARAJAN.A.LIVING IN KARUR TAMILNADU.I AM A TATA SKY CUSTOMER FOR THE PAST FIVE YEARS.THERE WAS NO PROBLEM IN RECEIVING SIGNALS SINCE INSTALLATION.ONLY A WEEK BEFORE THE SIGNALS WERE NOT RECEIVED PROPERLY.I SENT REQUEST FOR REPAIR TWO DAYS AGO. TWO INEXPERIECED STAFF CAME TO MY HOUSE TODAY NOON TO ATTEND THE REPAIR.VEHEMENTLY THEY ALTERED THE DISH AND WHICH RESULTED IN THE TOTAL SIGNAL LOSS AND THEY WERE UNABLE SETRIGHT DISH.THEY ACCEPTED THEIR FAULT AND WENT AWAY SAYING THAT SOME OTHER PERSON WILL COME AND SETRIGHT DISH.BEFORE THEY CAME FOR REPAIR I WAS GETTING SOME CHANNELS SOUTH INDIAN GENERAL PACKAGE ITEMS WITHOUT THE PAID REAGIONAL, EHGLISH MOVIE CHANNELS.
