Tata Sky — Reversal of recharge | |||
We recharged our Tata Sky connection in March as the Tata sky connection showed it was expiring. We recharged on the subscriber ID that was being shown on the TV. However, about a month later, a few channels including all HD channels were not coming on the TV. On calling the customer care, we got to know that the subscriber ID being shown was not ours. It was of one Sanjay Sharma from Jaipur, while we are in Faridabad. The subscriber ID issue has now been resolved, but the recharge amount of Rs. 3000 which was credited to the subscriber ID of Sanjay Sharma needs to be reversed and credited to our ID. Tata Sky customer care has been of no help with this. The retailer from where we got it recharged tried his best to get it reversed but to no avail.
