Tata Sky — separation of accounts and upgradation of SD box

I have an account using multi settop box at different locations. I have register a complaint on 24th may to separate all set top box in individual accounts and to upgrade in HD box. I have submitted documentary proof as desired via mail. But still nothing doing and costumer care not responded well.
