Tata Sky — serive is very poor. | |||
i have been following up with Tata sky for 4 days now starting from 26th May'15 for transferring of the Tata sky connection ([protected]) from my old house to the new location. But all in vain . So far i have not received any details pertaining to the transfer. With the waiting period of the calls is endless. Each time i call the waiting period is no less that 20min. Today in my first call i have to wait for more than 20 min. I meant how pathetic is that. And to add to that no calls yet received even after being placed for change of place for dish to new address.Its been 10 days now.I want this to be solved urgently.And the person who removes the dish should be booked separately and need to call again for placing to new location.
