Tata Sky customer number : [protected], i have a connectivity problem and raised a service request on 23rd July 2016, WO # QEME368, no one resolved the issue and WO cancelled. Again we raised a complaint on 27th July 2016 - WO # QHLSS2Q, Technician visited and taken away setup box for observation, and he told that if there is any technical issue in setup box, he will update and replace with in 4 hours or if there is no issues in setup box, he will put under observation will revert one or two days. on 28th one of executive called and informed us there is no problem in setup box, there may be a problem in cable and some one will bring our setup box the same day. end of day no one came, the day gone, in next day no response. again we raised a complaint. the customer care executive unable to give the contact person details. i am not understand one thing why the CC never share contact person details, but they collect all data from us.
