Not able to view tatasky since 1st may. Complaints lodged on 1 st may closed without resolving. Keeping the help line on hold for long time without resolving issue. Id [protected]. I am not able to view tatasky for more than 15 days in a month. Similar problem occurred from march last week to april 3rd week when it was solved due to your interventioned. Again it happened in april last week which was resolved by speaking to help line. My connection is new, hardly 6 months old. I think, this may be due to defective set top box.
