Tata Sky — Setup box is not working. Cannot watch tv programme

I have Tata sky connection. ID No. 99590885 After recharge I cannot watch tv programme since last 2 days as setup box is not working. I have called helpline no but no response from centre. Kindly resolve the problem as early as possible.
