Tata Sky — showing "new software bieng donloaded for last two days" | |||
When we start the set top box it starts showing message "new software bieng downloaded". Downloading progress remains 0% always. It doesnot increase. This is the issue since last four days. Can you please check the issue and revert. Customer ID - [protected] We have standard setup box. We have enough balance in the account. We tried calling tata sky several times but we are unable to get the executive who can help us solving the issue. I have experienced same behavior from tatasky customer service so many times. You can never reach to their customer service executive. your call(payed) will get on hold for more than 15 mins . even then no rsponse from them. Was this information helpful? | |||
