Tata Sky — Stop the HD Service & extend validity | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, Myself S.K.Kanungo and my Tata sky subscriber id is [protected].middle week of last February-15 your customer care representative called me & says that you get offer to watch all channel like Cartoon, Sports & other various channel with HD service just Rs.50/- extra paid per month with normal recharge for Two months. Generally I paid per month extra Rs.50/- for two months to get the facility but now I have no need this offer & I also inform to Tata sky to deactivate the offer but they do not listen anything. Yesterday (30.03.15) I paid amount for normal recharge for 30 days validity but they renew the HD service again with 21 days validity. Again & again I tell Tata Sky to stop the HD service and extend the validity from 21 days to 30 days but they do not ready to listen anything. This is very bad service. This type of cheating event happened second time with me. So I will kindly request u to deactivate this HD service and extend the validity from 21 days to 30 days.
