Tata Sky — SUBSCRIPTION OF A CHANNEL WITHOUT PERMISSION

TATA SKY executive has subscribe a channel called ACTIVE ENGLISH with monthly fees of Rs.49/-. I had told the executive that the connection (Subscriber ID285-[protected]) belongs to our office where this channel is use less and I don`t want to subscribe this. Later I found that the same has been added into my package and additional charge of Rs.49/- has been imposed every month. I have complained the same to them through Chat and Mail but no result. Without resolving the issues they used to close the complain without informing me. The complain Nos. are: SR[protected] Mar 2015 SR[protected] Apr 2015 No one is bothered to resolve the problem.
