Tata Sky — Tata sky did not provide services after getting monthly subscription. | |||
I get Tata sky connection on[protected]. This firm sent layman to fit tata sky dish. He could not fit the dish properly. This dish fell down the roof of second floor on[protected]. I called its call centre to make it good. But its customer care servant 'Bala' refused to do it. He demanded Rs.200/- to re-fit it. I want to disconnect this connection with effect from[protected]. You are requested to lookinto the matter and make efforts to refund my proportionate amount with effect from[protected] and disconnect it. Because I do not want to give them Rs.200/- after every week or three days as looting behaviour. They intentionally did not fit dish properly for looting again and again fitting charges...
