There appears to be some technical glitch about sound volume with hd transmission of dth. The sound volume in non hd channels is all right but in hd channels despite putting the volume of sound at the highest level it is not satisfactorily audible. As a result the viewer is forced to opt for non hd channel whereas he is making full payment for hd. This is against the trade ethics.
In view of the position stated above, it is requested that immediate necessary steps may please be taken to set right the technical glitch.
