Dear sir my name is Cheluve gowda& subscriber id is [protected] have been calling your toll free no.for the past 5 days .Tatasky is providing very worst services, since last six month. Despite of raised so much complaint & wasted money in visits & changing set-top-box, still facing the problem. From yesterday no channels are coming and even I am not able to make a complaint sine the customer service number is not responding.

Dear Sirs My Tata Sky Id is [protected] and mobile no. [protected]. I am in Bhopal. From the last 4 days there are NO SIGNALS in my home tata sky dth tv.. My efforts to contact the customer care nos. [protected] and [protected] has been unanswered. I just got a call on my registered mobile number yesterday that a TATA Sky engineer has been assigned the job and he will come in the next four hours. THE 4 HOURS ARE YET TO BE OVER. Can you please take up the matter seriously and set right the problem immediately. There is no way I am able to talk to your customer care executive...

My subscriber id is [protected] I'm using Tata sky since three and half years and having 2 connections . From past one month (march end to till date) tata sky is not working showing message no signal till today I called several time every time the same answer, we have taken your request on priority basis and the problem will be resolved within 12 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours and our technician will call you, he will be coming to your place to rectify, the same answer given by all agents in help desk and today[protected] . if we don't get service with in 2 day i will complaint against the tata sky in consumer court .
