My dth connection isnt working from yesterday 11.3.2015...helpline no.s are dead...this is disgusting...most of the subscribed channels are notifying no signal...with full signal...wtf??
We are facing no signal problem for last two days even it is very difficult task to talk on costemer care, of tata sky.
so pl do needful for signal .

Tata sky is not working from last 2 days.
Whenever I switch it on it just displays a message there is some weather problem cloudy or rainy but weather problem was 2 days before not now.
So please tell your engineer to come and make it work as soon as possible.
what the hell tata sky is providing service after so many complaints we are not able to view channels even a single channel is not coming around 5 days had past the problem is still continued, , , , , , ...
kindly do something . it creates so many problem till now...
either we want rebate or anything by which we can cover the loss

Same thing happend in last month also.

Please give us offer to buy back your equipments so that we can hire some better dth operator.

I have two set up boxes in my apartment in gurgaon. its been over a month since i have been calling them regarding one of them not working since over 30 days now. finally someone answered about a week ago and sent a techinical person. he came over did something with the box and could not get it fixed as the box kept saying there is no signal as the weather is bad outside, which it wasnt. this tata sky techinal person just got up and left and said he had no idea why this was happening. throughout the month they have been charging me for both boxes even though one of them seems to be getting no signal. my registered mobile number on the tata sky account is [protected].
Tata sky not working from 2 June 2015.whenever I start Tata sky dth then error message showing no signal although a.c. balance ([protected] ) is rs101.72 & I m unhappy with Tata sky service.my last recharge on 18 May 15 & I m not getting device from 2 Jun 15.problem should be resolved as soon as possible.

My tatasky is not working for two days. It just showing d channel 100. Tataskybis power on wid only green light on it. I tried to call ur customer care and after following the whole process and pressing every number i got in contact wid one o[censored]r personnel mumtaz. What she was speaking i was unable to understand a single world. She didnt listen my problem n kept speaking. At last she just said tata sky me call karne ka dhanyawad. M i a kinda stupid dat i followed dat tedious process to get in touch wid one executive just to hear tatasky me call karne ka dhanyawad. I[censored] people cant provide proper services dont claim ur customers.
my tata sky id is [protected]. i am not receiving all channes i have subscribed for .my subscription amt is rs 685 per month and i receive only 10 to 12 channels.i do not receive kannada, telugu and english channels.this problemis there since ur upgradation . its almost two months.to my earlier complaint u said u will be sending ur representstive. so far none has come.
