Tata Sky — Tata Sky not working since last 6 Days

My subscriber ID [protected] is not working since 6 days now and have registered complaints multiple times. No body has visited site for attending to both the complaint and I received a message stating that your complaint has been attended and resolved. No attention is paid in resolving such issues and infact no proper support is provided even by the customer care team. My Complaint ref no NS[protected] and HI60DUZ still remains unresolved
