[Resolved] Tata Sky — Tata Sky Relocation | |||
Hello, I wish to bring to your attention the apathetic customer service tata sky provides when it comes to relocating to a new residence. None of the customer service reps seem to be able to do this and thus have to put the call through the "concerned team" who does the 'relocation' and the only thing the relocation team "assists" the customer with is 'not answering the phone'. Very clever if you come to think about it. Now the only option as me as a consumer is left with is to move to the new location and into the manipulating hands of yet another DTH provider.
