Tata Sky — Tata Sky Relocation of Dish | |||
My customer ID is [protected] I am continuously complaining for Relocation of Tata sky dish from Saturday 12th April’2015. One of your technician visited without any proper tools he just uninstalled the dish and brokedPlease reolve some of the part of it and he said he will come tomorrow to install it, next day some other guy visited and asked to get that broken part from service center he said he will visit again till we get the broken part he left giving his no which he do not bother to answer I was able to connect to customenrpa care toll free no.([protected]) but many timeso call center reprsentative do not answer the calls with also there are some stupid recorded messages which we need to hear for 10 to 15 mins to get connected with representative.The worst ever customer care service.
