Tata Sky — Tata sky service center not providing services

I am Tatasky Subscriber.My subscriber ID is [protected].I want to inform you I am facing no signal problem in my Tata Sky from 4 months.My tatasky has 0 Signal strength.All channels are disturbed as attached photo showing. I am paying 485 for all channel but due to poor services I am wathing only 10 channels. they are not attending service calls
