Tata Sky — Tata sky services not provided

I have recharge my tata sky with rs. 1220/- on[protected]. But my tata sky channel services is not activated and my tata sky digicomp is not activated for channel services. How much time your company want to activate my tata sky. I complained many times through the customer login but not activate my services. Your compony has given only service request reference number: sr21041513 & service request reference number: 1-[protected]. Tata sky company toll free numbers are also not respond anything about this matter.
