From last 10 days i am not able to watch any channels as my Tata sky setup box is not getting any signal. When called to customer care on 07/12/2014 at 5:20 PM with Mr Gorakhnath he had said that my setup box is an old version ( MP2) and if i need to continue watching channels i need to upgrade the setup box to (MP4) by paying Rs 500/- for a period of 1 year warranty and the person will come and replace or fix the setup box. When he takes up the request, charges Rs 170/- and the call is forwarded to local guy in ahmedabad then Mr Sanjay who is a local distrubutor says that your setup box is already an MP4 and you will get only 1 month warranty for Rs 500/-. Earlier I have made this kind of requests 3 times and every time this confusion of MP2 and MP4 is repeated by two different people, one by company tele caller and other by Mr Sanjay a local distriutor. Why this kinld of mis leading information is provided. I need a mail confirmation from your side stating the status of my setup box whether it is MP2 or MP4? If it is MP2 then at what cost it can be upgraded to MP4 for a period of 1 year warranty.? I need a proper solution from your side to run my setup box properly.
