Trying to get service for my box since january 11 2016.picture coming and goingand disorted picture.visited twice by service between jan 11and feb09 2016.each time different answer from the service man.one said reciever is bad we will change and the other said connection is badcallback and and i will come and fix it.my box is still in warrenty.

I think you should follow-up with Tata Sky customer support. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected].They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will service your issue at no extra cost as you are under warranty and will expedite action.
