Tata Sky — tatasky unauthorised relocation charge

I m tatasky customer my tatasky Id is [protected] I m not using tatasky service since September 2014 due to relocate I have received a call from tatasky on Dec 2014 for relocation of tatasky on phone I said to yes but tatasky relocation agent not came and further not yet received any call from tatasky but when I have reinstalled tatasky with paying 200 rs on 17th May 2o15 and made 200 recharge then my balance show 6 rs only when i call back to tatasky they said it's charge of relocation on Dec 14 which is no to be made from my side and tatasky agent blocked my mobile number also so I m not able to call further
