[Resolved] Tata Sky — Unable to watch Channels from past 2 months | |||
From 08th March 2015 I am having issues with Tata Sky service. I am not able to see the HD and other channels. Have logged many complaints by calling customer care, but no action was taken. I have Tata Sky connection since 2006 and recently upgraded to HD setup box in 2014. My RMN is [protected]. I managed to get in touch with Tata Sky, Nodal officer (Vinit) for Karnataka region and he helped to arrange a Senior technicion to resolve the issue.

The services has been degraded in last 2 month. Call center agents are Super busy and by luck If I am able to connect to any of the agent, they have a standard dialog "We have register your request on High Priority, and you will receive a call back in next 4 hours".
After calling so many times in last two months, I got trained on TS customer care standard dialoges and can manage their customer with the same :-)
Jokes apart - Their quality of serivce has drastically degraded. Not sure if there is change in Top management. Now I am seriously thinking to change the DTH service provider, after 9 years..
