[Resolved] Tata Sky — unacceptable behaviour of Customer care Representative | |||
Hi. I called to enquire my package details and the rep behaved very rudely. He did Not guide me with the proper information and was sounding dis interest to answer my query. When i asked to transfer the call to senior manager, he refused stating he is d senior person and there are no managers. I asked for manager call back to which he replied we dont call back..he refused to share his full name and designation.. His name is praveen..and d call was transferred to him by Abhishek...i want this call to b heard and a compensation for d misbehaviour of the rep... If i dont hear bacK in 3 days i will write to ombudsperson.. Was this information helpful? | |||
