Tata Sky — unauthorised subscription of additional channel

My tata Id is [protected]. Today morning, I was told by your executive that one additional channel Star world premier has been activated since 31 Jan and Rs 60 has been deducted from my account. I have never authorized addition of any channel or given any permission to do so then why has it been added. If it is a market strategy to add additional channel and charge then company must be making millions without the knowledge of customers. I would like to be clarified as to who has authorized this and with what intention. Refund of course has to be made. In the absence of any clarification, I may upload this practice on social media to warn simple customers. You may also like to better train your call centres executives as I was transferred a number of times without any proper clarification. Dhirendra Singh [protected]
