Tata Sky — Unauthrised change od monthly tata sky plans and thus more consumtion of tarriff

My tata sky ID :[protected] Since past four months tata sky has illegitimately changed my digicom rental from Rs.180/- to Rs.340/-, and deducted the amount paid same . in spite of repeated complaints, there is no refund from the company .
