[Resolved] Tata Sky — Undue Charges Levied | |||
I have subscribed channels in which few I was not able to view (No Signal) . Called up the helpline number and registered complaint. After many follow ups technician visited the premises and rectified it. I was not able to view because of poor signal from tatasky and I have been charged Rs.170/- for technician visit who has rectify the fault of tatasky. When I contacted the customer care, I have received a reply stating it is tatasky's policy that irrespective of the nature of complaint if technician visit, the customer will be charged. Tatasky charged me for subscribing the channels once again charging me to view the same. I feel this is a not a right practise or the policy to be followed and I seek proper justification and clarification for the same.
