Tata sky has gobbled up my money of balance subscription They charge false charges They are irresponsible and lack maturity and patience to understand the problems faced by customers. Below is detailed report of events: On 04th may 2016; tata sky suddenly has deactivated my account and stopped my services. My account number is [protected]. On 30.04.2016; we logged a call since there has been repeated blank screen due to poor reception. Tata sky has provided a common connection to our society of 30 odd people an all were suffering this problem from past 02 days. It happened earlier too and tata sky technician only told us that the connection provided by tat sky is in first place is faulty. The visit was assured on 01 may 2016, sunday on evening 6 pm. I reminded tata sky customer care over phone call that visit must take lave and do not re-schedule at last moment. At 6.30 pm i received message from tata sky that call was put on hold and visit re-scheduled. This purely showed that tata sky has no seriousness of problems and loop holes in their services and irresponsible behavior of company. I immediately called up customer care and some technician called up after that to visit in an hour. He suddenly switched off the phone call and did not turn up at all…. This shows how poorly educated and ill cultured staff tata sky has inducted. On 03rd may when i complained to tata sky that given worst service and worst customer handling; i wish to have my money back for annual subscription and i will switch to other better, responsible service provider. On 04th may 2016 around afternoon; a representative from tata sky called up. She was not able to speak in hind and neither could understand a single word i told her. There was a lot of disturbance in the line and she showed no inclination and interest to understand my grievances. She hung up after some time. On 04th may 2016; in the evening at around 7.35 pm suddenly; my account was deactivated with no services at all!!! I called up customer care but they told that no money will be returned back to me. There was no senior staff available. I spoke with three representatives: imran, azhar and saiinath. None could connect me to senior staff as they had no authority to activate account. I was asked by these three people to immediately recharge my account by inr 250/- only to get it activated and then there is only silence!!! No body from tata sky has even bothered to call me up and activate my account. I want tata sky to immediately return my money to me if they fail to activate my services immediately with compensation for mental agony and loss of peace of mine.
