Tata Sky — Unnecessary deduction of recharge amount and setup box cancellation request not processed

I has two set up box one hd one normal in september aftr recharging my dish i have put request to stop my hd box. They said its done. Nw when i recharged my star movies thn someone at customer care told its working i again put request on approx 15 nov to stop it and lodged two complaint one to close one for refund. Now 14 days afte tht i hv nt recirvd refund and nw whn i rechrd and receivd msg fr furthr deduction fr some pack i calld customer care they said its still working i am fed up of calling customer care. Kindly do needfull today only else tommm i will hv to go to consumer court.
