Tata Sky — Urgent complaint on the customer care executives and the service | |||
Hi Team, I am a very unhappy customer of yours i did not have connection for almost a week hence raised an issue and wanted a technician to come and rectify the mistake and had mentioned that I will not be paying for the tech as it is not my fault for which the lady executive informed that she will make a note and there will not be any charges Today i get a message on my TV that my services is going to end My Sub Id: [protected] were as i have recharged my TV on the 1st of Aug for 200 rs while checking found that its been deducted for technicians charges which is completely wrong to do without my notice. The guys in the call center are very ill mannered they have been putting me on hold and disconnecting today i called them thrice and they disconnected. I went on requesting them to put me to a manager they simply disconnected and i had to spend almost 30 rs Please check the below screen shot and stop misguiding your customers yours is not a toll free number its charged 1 Rs per call this is sick. If this is not been escalated and if my 200 rs along with one weeks subscription is not paid back, i will surely get the tata sky removed and also publish this in the social media As you guys are cheating the customers.
