Tata Sky — Urgent payment reminder display in the TV screen | |||
My Tatasky customer ID is [protected]. On 25th Nov 2015, i topped up Rs 1000 and my ac balance is Rs 1033 and next recharge date is 12th Jan 2016. Unfortunately every 15 min, i am getting a reminder display advising to pay immediately to avoid disconnection. This tamasha is going on for more than 4 months. If it is not resolved immediately, i may be compelled to make a complaint to consumer forum. It is unfortunate that the brand name TATA is being misused by providing such a poor service in a technology driven broadcasting field. Also after topping up my ac, i am getting from some arm of TATASKY reminding me to top up immediately. This clearly shows that updated customer database is not shared by the related depts who are sending SMS to customers. Was this information helpful? | |||

I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in dropping the payment reminder message immediately.
